Trango Broadband Wireless Achieves Breakthrough Performance and Price
Unlicensed 45 Mbps Wireless Backhaul Equipment with new features, robust interference mitigation and special pricing ($1965/link) generate industry-best price and performance combination.
Trango Broadband Wireless, leading developer of high-capacity fixed wireless broadband solutions, announces new features for the TrangoLINK-45™, a multi-band all-in-one 5 GHz unlicensed wireless backhaul radio which operates in 5.3 GHz, 5.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz in U.S. and Canadian models with international models also capable of 5.2 GHz.
TrangoLINK-45 now supports QoS and VLAN capabilities and features a new interference mitigation ability, called ‘Auto RF RX Threshold,’ which maintains superb wireless link integrity in high RF noise environments. This built-in feature is automatic and makes TrangoLINK-45 the most robust 5 GHz wireless backhaul radio on the market—for ranges from 1 to 20 miles, nothing else can beat it.
Trango developed this innovative feature to give operators a clear choice when looking to deploy a robust wireless backhaul and help operators combat the increasingly high noise levels that are common today in unlicensed frequency bands.
Trango believes the TrangoLINK-45™ is the ultimate unlicensed wireless backhaul solution and to help network operators experience the industry’s best solution, Trango is releasing special pricing on the TrangoLINK-45. For a limited time, each TrangoLINK-45™ link (2 radios) is available for $1,965, which is nearly a 50 percent savings.
“Trango is moving in the direction to become the industry’s most complete microwave supplier,” said Zdravko Divjak, President and CEO of Trango Broadband Wireless. “From our most affordable unlicensed wireless backhaul to our licensed microwave full duplex low latency backhauls, delivering over 700 megabits per second, we are determined to deliver to our customers best-in-class microwave equipment for a broad spectrum of applications.”
Trango recently released new licensed backhaul products that feature industry-best latency. With latency as low as 100 microseconds (µS), TrangoLINK Giga meets the critical need of low latency for operators offering Voice-over-IP (VoIP), web video streaming, video conferencing, and other bandwidth-intensive applications. TrangoLINK Giga licensed microwave backhaul solution is available now in 6 GHz, 11 GHz, 18 GHz, and 23 GHz, with additional frequency support to be released during this year. /PR
