MobiTV Goes Live on BlackBerry

Digital entertainment services provider MobiTV announced its mobile TV application is now available via Research In Motion's BlackBerry Pearl 8130 smartphone, heralding mobile television's official debut on the BlackBerry platform. According to MobiTV, the service is now available on more than 250 devices across 20 wireless operators worldwide.

MobiTV, Inc., the leader in mobile and broadband entertainment services today announced the availability of its mobile television application on the BlackBerry Pearl 8130 smartphone from Research In Motion (RIM). The BlackBerry Pearl 8130 runs on CDMA and high-speed EV-DO networks, enabling MobiTV to provide the broadest selection of live TV and other video and music content for mobile users.
